**PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AT THE SURGERY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT**
This GP Practice is currently restricting access for the safety of all patients and staff
The practice remains open for all essential primary care problems but on the advice of Health Protection Scotland we have put in place a process whereby everyone is screened by telephone prior to being seen.
All patients will still have access to the care they require.
We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
There is now a dedicated Corona Virus Service. For advice on mild symptoms, go to https://www.nhsinform.scot/ . If you need to discuss potential corona virus symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath with a health care professional, please 'phone 111 and NOT the Surgery.
Visit the Coronavirus (COVID-19) page on NHS Inform - www.nhsinform.scot for the latest advise or phone 0800 028 2816
If you live with other people and have symptoms, they'll need to stay at home for 14 days from the start of your symptoms even if they don’t have symptoms themselves.
If they develop symptoms within the 14 days, they need to stay at home for 7 days from the day their symptoms began. They should do this even if it takes them over the 14-day isolation period.

PRESCRIPTIONS - We are unable to process requests for double quantities as per Highland Health Board guidance. Please indicate which chemist you want to collect your prescription from as we are asking patients not to attend the Surgery and collect direct from a chemist instead. We currently require 7 days to process prescriptions because of the demand
